Selling as a combo, a Brand new old stock Excellent Condition Shakespeare Ugly Stik Lite 7 ft, 1-piece bass rod, rated 12-25 lb test paired with a used Shimano Citica Bantam 200 baitcaster. The rod is in excellent shape as you can see…even the cork handle is really clean…hasn’t seen much use. The reel is used but has excellent freespool and drags and can handle any hawg largemouth. Some scratches and scuffs but still functions great. It actually freespools better than some of my newer baitcaster. There’s was some older 10 lb test on it in the pics with the rod but I have since removed it and spooled it with new Stren Super Braid 40 lb test spectra (8-10 mono diameter equivalent)..125 yds and there is a little room for you to add a short topshot of mono or fluoro leader. I actually feel like this ugly Stik would be better rated as a 12 to 20 lb stick…has nice flex but a bit more finesse than the newer ugly sticks on the market. Would make a good all around bass combo to throw crankbaits, spinnerbaits, worms, jigs and senkos or throw small swimbaits in the bays or harbors for spotted bay bass or even halibut.
