Purchased October 2023 by my cousin and we used it lightly as a back up to our truckmounts or for high rise jobs where truckmount cant reach. Great machine and got the job done, just took a little longer than a truckmount. Recently I got another truckmount and stopped doing high rise jobs due to being too busy. All together we’ve used it for 10-15 jobs. If you need a back up or looking to get started in carpet cleaning this is perfect. Its easy to use and learn with.
