My experience with Ricks Used Cars was really good. I filled out an online inquiry around 11pm on a Sunday night and included my phone number as well. I received a text message back within 5-10 minutes from Shawn, my sales guy. This guy was on top of it. The customer service this guy delivered was phenomenal. I purchased a used Land Cruiser “sight unseen” and requested detailed videos. Shawn didn’t quickly skip over imperfections on the vehicle (there weren’t many considering I purchased a 15 year old vehicle with over 220k miles) and I was very pleased with the quality to price. After I had put down the deposit to move forward with the deal, I was directed to Matt, the finance guy. Matt was terrific as well. He helped me through the process as I have never had a vehicle shipped to me. Super helpful dude. They seem to get a lot of their inventory from Texas, so rust shouldn’t be an issue. I will be looking at their website in the future for more “enthusiasts” purchases. Great people to work with. 10/10 would recommend. Great job Shawn and Matt, keep up the great work gentlemen 👍

The best dealership experience I have had in my life. Matt is an honest salesman who will go the extra mile to make sure the vehicle you need is the vehicle you want. Even after we got home our vehicle was making weird noises, they had me take it into a local shop & covered the repairs. If there’s a vehicle you like here, get it, they will take care of you.

Very easy financing and buying experience.  Laid back and not “in your face” like typical dealers. The vehicle we decided to go with was in the middle of the detailing process. They let me test drive it and take it home.  Even scheduled a time for them to finish the detail and some re upholstery work. Great experience

Some of the nicest people I met, they can easily get you in a car if you’ve provided the money, but be sure to notice the problems before you buy, because my car was missing fender liners, had a bad battery, bad speakers, evidence of an undisclosed accident and cut wires on the fog lights. The car seems mechanically sound, had half the life on the oil and fresh air filters, so that was awesome. The missing fender liners were spotted before buying and promptly ordered. Anything else after is at the buyers expense, but they can help you get quotes for those parts at a fair price. I only asked for the tires and battery to be replaced since it affects performance and I bought it under the impression that the car went   under maintenance before I bought it. The battery was manufactured in 2021. I noticed the tires were bad hours after buying my vehicle (with video proof) and was offered help at my expense. I then realized I was driving with a bad battery About 2 weeks later when I got it tested at autozone (not having any problems with my starting system, just curious and wanting to stay on top of my vehicles issues since it is now in my hands). I’m an honest person, so if I cause a problem myself I’ll gladly fix it myself, but to have bought a car in good faith and it turns out it’s got multiple problems that you weren’t informed of and you only wanted help with half of them kinda rubs you the wrong way when you’re told it’s on your expense, but I guess that’s what happens when you don’t buy the warranty. Batteries and tires are worn down over the course of years. These parts were used by me over the course of 2 weeks. It was bought that way. Nevertheless, I could’ve gone to a private seller for that. My tires are showing wires : D
