We have 4 identical couches. Each one is approximately 86”x36”x36”. All are structurally in good condition. There is some light fraying on a couple cushions. Cushions covers are all removable and machine washable. Try to clean them every 6 months. Due for another cleaning. $150 ea or all 4 for $500.
