lens is stuck open and exposed even when turned off, (is supposed to go back in), will only zoom in a specific amount (about 1/4 of its capability) and then gets stuck, the words “lens error” and “retry power on” flash onto screen and then it turns off. batteries are in good condition but look yellowed. imperfections on camera are highlighted with close ups. dm for more info.
