Probably handmade embroidered wool cape. Functional front pockets Black exterior, lined in red Inexpertly repaired at top interior back ( maybe it had a hood once upon a time) and kissing button on one cuff. HEAVY, weighs about 5 lbs. Lots of raw seams and ugliness inside, but beautiful exterior
