Cingular Wireless was a National Partner of Special Olympics Inc. and Exclusive Telecommunications Sponsor of Special Olympics. To showcase its commitment to Special Olympics, Cingular Wireless painted the hood of it's No. 01 Winston Cup car with the Special Olympics logo for the months of June and July 2001. Racing Champions created these limited edition, souvenir die cast cars to commemorate this special paint scheme and raise money for Special Olympics
