I bought my 2014 Jetta at this place and my dad bought a 2012 GMC Terrain. We have both enjoyed our cars with no problems. The people at the dealership have been very nice as well. Today I came  to pick up my released title!

If I could give a -5 star I would,Do Not buy from here, first they are really unprofessional when it comes to customer complaint, apparently there is an owner but you never hear from him or they do not want to provide information, "Jesus Balderrama" there is "secretaries" to handle the  so call business and doing research they are not even register with BBB,we decide to buy and SUV with them first they tell you cars are clean title then all sudden there are not, well we told then about the noticeable issues/repairs, a lady call Joana stated they will repair anything if any issues.A down payment was giving and the car was going to be ready in 4 days well the day to pay off the car they only repair 3 things out 4.The excuse was the weather was bad the mechanic left early, I have all this in text messages, they provide us with $100 to go aligned the car, after waiting 2hrs we were told(by Oasis the place she send us) it could not be done because of missing parts that need it to be replace, immediately my husband call them to explain then what was the issue, to make story short it took them 3 weeks to check on vehicle!I was about to have car accident,and still they did not repair one of the main issues on the car.And they all throw the ball to each other and you do not get answer every time we would show up one of the  ladies Jeanette will come out with excuses and apparently the owner was always busy, really unethical place.Waste of time.

Got my 2016 Honda Civic financed at Balmir.  I could not be any more satisfied with my decision. I almost have a year with it and have no problems at all. I just LOVE my car ❤
