I bought a vehicle from these guys back in July and am only writing this review due to the circumstances. To start on a positive note, the team was very eager to help and I appreciated the effort they put in to work with me on the numbers. The customer service was approachable, and the staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their work. The reason for the two-star rating is that I believe the vehicle—a 2013 Subaru WRX Hatchback—was not inspected thoroughly enough prior to sale and, as a result, was advertised incorrectly. This is not meant to discredit the sellers, as I don’t believe it was intentional. After owning the vehicle for just under five months, the transmission failed due to a completely worn clutch. The car was advertised as having a Stage 2 clutch, but upon inspection during repairs, it was determined to be a heavily worn OEM clutch. This ultimately led to the release bolt shearing, requiring replacement of the clutch, flywheel, and related components, costing several thousand dollars. While this was understandably frustrating, I don’t blame the gentlemen who assisted me with the sale. I would simply urge future buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing

I bought a car today from APX Auto Brokers and we had Zach L. helping us out with Jack popping in for some additional support (Zach didn’t need the help but it was truly pretty funny).

We had a very good experience.  I really never buy cars from dealers but went in today because they had just what I was looking for.

It was a 2004 Lexus which needed some work but they worked with me to make it work which I appreciate.  They’re going to fix a few things and then will be delivering it next week.

These guys did a great job following up on my inquiry on if the car was available and even with my busy schedule, continued to follow up to see if I was still interested in the car and when I was finally able to make time to come and see it it was perfect. They were professional, friendly, and quick in service and I left the lot with the car that I wanted.

Erik was very easy to work with! I set up an appointment and the car was clean and ready to go. It drove great and was wayyy under carfax book value. I feel awful cause im terrible with names and to be honest they made the process feel like you were buying a car in your own home the gentlemen who helped me and my girlfriend was straight up amazing I bought a f250 in a beautiful red and it’s a year your never gonna find one as clean as this or atleast not in a day it’s my first time buying a car from a dealership and having every single employee take there time to help find a good fit for me since I’m having my third child was awesome some of these are young guys but they will take care of you even if you leave empty handed they are good people 5 stars 10/10 all of I love my new rig thanks boys!!!!
