Climate Line Air ClimateLineAir™ Heated CPAP Tube for AirSense™10 and AirCurve™10 Machines The ClimateLineAir heated tubing for AirSense™10 and AirCurve™10 Series machines is a heated CPAP tube for use only with the AirSense 10 and the AirCurve 10 line of ResMed devices. Evidence suggests that heated CPAP hose tubing reduce "rainout" (condensation build up) and maintains warm humidified air throughout the CPAP mask. It is recommended to clean your CPAP hose daily with warm soapy water to prevent bacteria build up associated with water collection in tubing. If you notice air leaking from your hose replace immediately. In addition to the general benefits of a heated hose, upon attaching the ClimateLineAir Heated Tube to an AirSense 10 or AirCurve 10 machine, the Auto Climate Control will automatically be engaged. This will allow the machine to monitor humidity levels and adjust both the heat setting of the humidifier and tube to achieve optimum humidity for a comfortable experience. The ClimateLineAir features a 360 degree swivel that will promote freedom of movement while keeping the electrical connection secure. The ClimateLineAir™ should be washed weekly using warm water and a mild detergent, rinsed completely, then allowed to air dry. The heated tube should not be connected to the machine until it is completely dry. It is safe to completely submerge the hose in water as long as it is completely dry before connecting it.
