Made in the award-winning workshop of Zhong Long Shen for his nephew in Chicago, Christopher Pu, this 15.5” Santaro Lucci Viola is a testament to this makers finely-attuned eye and skill. The viola is varnished in a red-orange hue. There is one surface scratch on back as seen in photos. The sound is brilliant and responsive. The set up is perfect. This viola would be perfect for the advancing player. Just put on new Obligato CGD and a Jargar A. Comes with a nice case, bow, and lots of extra new strings (valued at $300) and rosin. Asking $600. His violins are currently for sale for over $3000.
