Selling a contempo brand top grain leather couch it's 8 years old and in very good condition. Couch gets cleaned monthly with lexol leather cleaner and conditioner. Comes from a non-smoking home. The zipper that keeps the left backrest in place is missing the pull which will be reflected in the price but can be replaced by visiting any alteration shop in the area able to work on leather. Measurements W-84" D-44" H-32" Must be able to pick-up
