Purchased and installed for my mother; she is now in assisted living so we no longer need it. Unit is in very good condition — lightly used, well maintained, always kept dry and indoors. Ideal for a straight stair run of about 13 steps (rail length as installed — see photos). Unit has been removed and buyer must come pick up.
