Terrible, they take advantage of people looking for a decent car on a budget. I bought a car from them, for my son who is going off to college. I wanted something reliable, to get him back and forth. I’m on a budget since college is expensive.  The initial car I was interested in, a 2008 Saab, that was on their website as available was not there and the staff had no knowledge of where it was. I test drove the 2001 Hyundai Sonata and asked about its history. The car fax they gave me stated no wrecks, yet after I purchased it, we are unable to get reasonable insurance as this car has been in a wreck. Three days after purchasing the car, it broke down and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone. I’ve called and text and no one responds or answers. Please save your money, they are a money grab looking to make a quick buck without regard to their customers.

The guys here at this location and even the owner are the easiest down to earth people I've ever dealt with as far as car buying goes. I literally had to walk there to try to buy a car due to circumstances and didn't think I would be able to drive anything home due to a small deposit. They worked through everything with me and my wife and even gave us the exact car we had our eyes on. I've not had good experiences anywhere else but 1 other place and I've had many financed cars. If you have troubled times they don't even hound you for a payment and always calm and collective. I appreciate this establishment so much. I actually look forward to paying them unlike most places I've been. Thank you guys for helping someone when they're at a low point. I highly recommend them! A+++ professional people who know how to run a business and satisfy customers. Thank you guys!

The customer service was fine however the condition of the cars when I tried to test drive a few was problematic. The cars themselves aren't too bad it's the upkeep. I test-drove a truck that was nasty inside and had to pressure wash 2 inches of dirt and a shovel just to check out the built-in trunk. None of the cars have gas and nearly all of them are on flat tires. It's like they aren't even trying to sell them. If they would simply keep the tires aired up, maybe wash up the cars monthly, and for goodness sake clean out the Interiors then it wouldn't nearly as bad. So if you want to test drive their vehicles be prepared to drive something sticky without gas or tire pressure.

Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Next day engine light comes on. I’m already having to take it to a shop to be fixed. Engine fan never even worked. BAD PLACE DONT BUY HERE. Someone needs to investigate this place

If you want to be ripped off go here but if you value your money how about a car from there from the time I signed the paperwork I started having problems out of it I started having problems out of it. He said no return warranty no type of warranty at all I had to call her 5 days and it failed to start one day after I got off work
