The object is a KLM Bols miniature Amsterdam house, a collectible item given to business class passengers on KLM intercontinental flights. These Delft blue ceramic houses are replicas of real buildings in the Netherlands and contain Bols Genever liquor. Key details: Given as gifts on KLM flights since the 1950s. Each house represents a real building with historical significance. A new design is released annually on KLM's anniversary, October 7th. They are sought-after collector's items and can be found in antique shops. The miniatures are produced by Lucas Bols, a Dutch distillery established in 1575. Some rare editions, like the Royal Palace Het Loo, are highly valuable. The house in the image could be #31, 36, located at Herengracht 607 in Amsterdam. As of 2024, there are 105 different houses in the collection.
