Originally purchased for $1300, this cream colored Raymour & Flanigan sofa was purchased 1 year ago for a small apartment & fit perfectly! It does have a pullout Queen size bed as well so perfect for guest rooms or small places to allow guests a comfortable place to sleep! Full transparency, there is some damage from my dog (shown in last picture) he chewed a part of the fabric but I always just covered it with an accent pillow. Could be perfect for using a slip cover over. Other than that, the couch is in good condition. Cream color stayed relatively nice - a bit of pilling in the material but nothing major. The cushion covers do unzip and can be washed as well. Dimensions are as follows: Width: 36in, Length: 75in, Height: 23in. Local pick up only.
