I purchased this new and started to assemble the base but changed my mind and purchased a mini crib instead of bassinet. This product is extremely sturdy and made with quality materials. The bassinet will not tip as the base is metal. The sound machine also works great. All parts/screws are included and nothing is missing. Everything is clean (as this has not been used) and in original packaging.
