Like NEW AC unit that has castors and rolls where you want it. It sits in your room and comes w/plastic adjustable insert to place in window for exhaust. Works with double hung or sliding windows. No fighting to get your AC unit to fit securely in your window. So easy to get cool air flowing through your room in a a very short time. Covers 500 sq ft. In like NEW condition. It was used for about 3 months last year and we no longer have a need for it. Pick up in Voorhees NJ.
