I spoke with 2 sales people for a period of two days. I was extremely interested in a specific car. I texted (personal number) one of them about specific details, after I had spoke with them extensively about final numbers. I told them I would be driving for over an hour and I didn’t want to waste my time. As I am driving to the dealership I told them that I was fully approved from my financial institution. When I got there, they bumped the car’s price by $3,500.  I am a finance guy.  I understand the normal extra charges but they made up several expenditures. I pretended I didn’t have any experience in buying cars, but I caught them in scam numbers. As I am waiting for my wife, another customer asked me about his situation being $3,000 over what he was going to spend. I did not engage, but it was obvious to me what their normal practice is. Do not buy from these people. They are certainly scammers.
