For my first time buying a vehicle, my experience was excellent. From the moment I saw the vehicle online to owning it, took 3 days. To he honest the deal felt almost too good to be true but the process was seamless and Fred was not only accommodating to my schedule but very honest about the vehicle/purchase. I would recommend Prince Automobiles.

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze car for my daughter a month ago car we liked how smoothly the car rode, the very next morning after my daughter headed to work I noticed oil spots in my driveway where she had parked so I called Prince Auto and they said to call the warranty company and they should be able to cover it coming to find out they don’t cover oil leaks, so when I call back today the gentleman that answered the phone was rude talking about it’s a used car what do you expect or want us to do you brought the car as is!! Let me remind you words out of your mouth when we purchased this car supposedly it had gone through and passed an inspection and the battery already had expired as well. So be careful dealing with this dealership all they want is your money and out the door you go. All I’m asking is stand behind your product and make it right we brought you business we don’t deserve to be treated in such a way, if you make it right with me then I will remove this review, my intention is not to harm your business but people needs to be aware what could happen to them. So please make it right with us that’s all I’m asking!!

There isn't enough words to express how much the owner went beyond the call of duty to get me a car. I got a  2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I can't thank him enough. Even after my loan was declined. He continued working with me and communicating thru the whole process. He did a awesome job. And for that I'm thankful truly grateful. His a very patient and caring person. I will be returning 🤗

We bought my daughter's car used from Prince. We looked all over Texas and found a nice clean used car here. Advertised accurately and priced well, Just a good experience overall..
