The highly sought after 4” over chopper springer. Made from most of a stock Harley springer. You can see the front number marks, looks like a 15. The markings under the rear leg perch are visible and theres also a strange Patent number mark I’ve never seen before (see pics). This is black paint over Chrome, as I can see it poking through from under some paint chips. Very likely you can just strip the paint. Comes with OEM bottom rockers, all you need is the hardware. Don’t sleep on this one, these never come up for sale.
