There’s a loft added to the top and wood stairs (not pictured) the up/down feature was taken out when I bought it. So added a loft. Still head room to 6’ and can fit a quad/dirt bikes, bikes, etc. below. Back folds down for easy hauling in/out for all your big toys or just kids. Tables are custom wood and removable on each side, or put together to create one full table. Couches fold to full size beds on either side. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably. There’s room in the loft for a king (I put a king tempurpedic mattress topper) fits perfectly with blankets, etc., it’s essentially a tiny home. Electrical fixtures work, some bulbs need replacing (I used portable/rechargeable lights), water, kitchen, fridge, bathroom/toilet is in tact, just have to be hooked up (didn’t use). Clean title. New AC unit on top. Also has canopy. Again might need some attention with lights but all else is good, we just didn’t use them enough to see what was needed/not needed. Great fit warm/cold climates.
