We spent 30 minutes on the lot. Nobody offered or asked if we needed help. One salesperson was helping a couple inside. The others just stood around chatting with each other. We came back a little later, still we weren't even acknowledged. I emailed them to explain I had cash in full & needed a car asap for my son's medical appointments. Long story short, we ended up going to JD AUTO on McLaughlin in Gladstone & got a great deal on a Honda Pilot with good mileage. In my opinion, I got great service with a great vehicle at JD AUTO. I continue to get junk emails from Alpine.

One month in and all is great. Mercedes was awesome. Great place to buy a great car. Mercedes was knowledgeable, direct, straightforward, reasonable, communicative, and highly pleasant.
