My experience was less than thrilling. I was misled into believing that a car I was purchasing had been well maintained and was serviced and then I was allowed to go out on the road with an unsafe vehicle. Major problems. I will be taking it up with the general manager of sales and service..

Good experience at this Nissan 👍 David was super kind! He even went all the way to the 7 Eleven to get family members something to drink. He drove them to run an errand while we waited. Understanding certain paperwork was a little difficult only because we communicated one thing, but it was another. Apart from that, we had another great salesman, Jesse Tamer, help us. He was also very kind and communicated everything with me very accurately. They were able to help me get copies of a previously purchased vehicle. Everything went smoothly and walked out with a brand new car!! Thanks to everyone at Nissan of Alhambra 🫂🎉 you gave us a great experience. Thank you for working with our credit, as well! Just took my car in for service and I can't ever express how grateful I am of meeting Mike (Service Manager) years ago. He has always been very helpful and most important very honest.
