Had an amazing experience with this dealership. Mark, went above and beyond at every step of the process. Helping with insurance explaining paperwork etc. he also took it upon himself to spend three days finding the best deal he could for financing. After being previously denied 5-6 times. Mark got me financing with Tucson federal credit union, getting me a deal better then anything I’ve been offered for the last 3 months or trying every dealership I could think of. In my opinion. The best dealership I’ve found in all of Tucson.

Just purchased a nice van for my family. Super happy. They're friendly trustworthy and reliable. I've dealt with other car places that won't stop calling you or make you sit all day. They did neither. Easy and fast process. I highly recommend. Will definitely return in the future.

Purchased a really nice Kia with this dealership about a year ago now. Everything seemed very nice and professional, signed off bought the car in full and cash in hand. We took a good look at the car everything was great worked perfectly fine, what I didn’t check because the door was already unlocked/salesman opened the door for me, but the keyhole was busted like if someone tried breaking into it. So when I drive the car off the lot and get to my home which is a good hour away to my surprise I actually can’t lock my car. So I was stuck waiting a few days while they sent someone out to me. Their locksmith finally makes his way to me, and come to find out they didn’t give me the right key fab it has to be a certain one to be programmed to the car. Then multiple calls were had back and fourth where they were having me go back and fourth to pick up some things and/or get some things fixed that they didn’t have ready for me like: the fog lights, the key fab, and the radio antenna. Anyways they did all that and sent me home with the antenna to put on myself and it doesn’t even fit my car. There’s a lot more I could write about with issues I’ve personally had with my car, we went this route hoping it would be a better and easier outcome; needless to say these people just want their money. And no I didn’t do business with these people using my name, I went through them with my parents who helped me purchase my car.

I purchased a car from this dealership and was treated with dismissiveness and a complete lack of professionalism. Loai, the salesperson, was rude throughout the process. I asked about the warranty three times before signing, and while I was told it would we would coverer it later, we never did  I never got clear answers. After the sale, I was completely brushed off.

Loai also told me he would call me to help get a second key for the car which never happened. It’s been nothing but problems ever since I drove it off the lot. I followed up with three separate emails to have something in writing to express my frustration and concerns, and not a single one was answered. The lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating.

To make matters worse, six months and three days after buying the car, it started leaking oil just after the warranty conveniently expired.

I bought this car out of necessity, against my instincts, and I regret it. I would caution anyone considering buying from this dealership. The service stops the moment you sign the papers.

The owner will respond saying they have no record of me being a real customer but you can look at the photos, the number is where I have called many times and now I am blocked. The worthless warranty and the awesome keychain missing a key they promised.

The brothers that run levels auto I feel are above fair in the deal and all around great guys. They aren't out to nickel and dime you even though they have a business to run. My family who I brought with me is already talking to them for a future purchase for someone else in my family. In my opinion that's a great car lot to deal with!!
