Selling my beloved Room & Board Clemens Deep Sofa with Left-Arm Chaise in Mori charcoal fabric. This is the 125” version with deep 43" seats — originally $5,300 plus taxes/delivery. Purchased August 2024 and only gently used. I’m moving into a smaller space, otherwise I’d keep this forever. This couch is incredibly cozy — the kind you want to curl up on with a blanket for movie nights or afternoon reading. The seat cushions are full and plush, with some expected natural gapping between them (the Room & Board delivery team said this evens out over time). There’s also some mild seat cushion lumping from light use, but nothing major. The Mori fabric has a soft, organic texture with natural variations that have been there since delivery — it’s part of the look and feel of this fabric, no damage. Comes from a clean, pet-friendly home (two cats who were respectful and never scratched it). Made in North Carolina. Pickup in Gig Harbor. Must be able to load. No delivery.
