I purchased this sofa by American-made Precedent Furniture in a custom ivory/off-white fabric called Twine. When purchased, I was working two jobs so it was almost never used. I moved in with my partner and this couch became a decorative piece. It has a lovely curved back and single bottom cushion. It is just over 7ft long (87 in), depth is 40in and height is 35in. Comes with the two pillows in matching fabric only, and feet are walnut finish. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home without kids. Pickup is in Seal Beach.
