Bowflex Max Trainer

The Bowflex Max Trainer is an “elliptical – meets – stepper” machine . It is a hybrid between an elliptical (cross trainer) and a stairstepper. - It blends a more vertical stride (closer to stepping up) with upper body movement and lower impact for joints. - The unique blended motions deliver a smooth, low impact experience engineered for Comfort. - It works both arms and legs, provides a low impact cardio workout, and uses a continuous motion – but it adds a strong stepper or climbing feel, making it more intense than many standard elliptical. Note: I have misplaced the power cord. I am assuming you could find a compatible power cord online. It did not affect my workouts because the machine still works great and gives an excellent workout. I used it while rehabbing a knee as well as general use - the intensity is all up to you! ;)
