Great condition. Lays flat for sleeping. Sofa and chaise backrest lower independently. Storage under chaise. Chaise can be swapped to the other side with some simple tools, if recall correctly. See links for more photos and details. Selling for cheap because it's not that comfortable. Never was and I want to get something more comfortable. It will make a fine first couch. It's like a used car. It's nice and served me well but I want something newer with fresh suspension to make me feel like I'm on a cloud.
