I had such an amazing experience at JJ&J Auto Sales! About six weeks ago, I purchased my first car, which is a 2005 Toyota Camry, and from start to finish Johnny, made my experience so welcoming and reassuring. The level of professionalism (in the quality/cleanliness the car was kept in, the preparation of CarFax/recent services, and willingness to do business on Sunday) in addition to being a great salesman made me so comfortable in my purchase. He gave me a great price on the car, and even made sure that all my parts/fluids were in excellent condition before I drove off the lot. I just got my Title and Registration today which reminded me to write a review, but thank you Johnny! She rides great and I’m hoping to keep her for a long while.

My review more than 1 yr after buying my Scion XB 2009. There has been no serious mechanical issues with my car. I needed a car desperately and had no mechanical knowledge whatsoever and practically blind bought the car without it being seen by a professional beforehand. And everything has been working fine for +1yr now 👍 I believe they are honest at this place and won't try to sell you complete junk

I purchase a 2016 honda civic an august of 2024 at first, it seemed like the perfect deal until February. I try to refinance this vehicle to bring down the interest in payments. And it turned out that this vehicle was reported as a total loss in an insurance claim in another state after some research. I found that this car was purchased at an auto salvage. Auction online brought to San Diego, repaired by the dealerships.  Business partner themselves and was not taken in to the mv for the proper safety inspections. When I informed JJ and Jay auto sales, Johnny and Ricardo of the information I received, they denied that this car was a total loss I did supply them with all the documentation from the vehicle history reports including a letter from 21st century, the auto insurance company that  Totaled the car and the only way they were willing to get me out of the financing loan was if I signed a notarized letter stating that they were not. Aware a responsible for the misrepresentation fraud that they committed when selling me this car. Since then, they have failed to respond to my calls and text messages and also a certified letter. Resending my contract with them and demanding my money back.  I am still waiting to hear from Johnny and Ricardo. In regards to this, fraudulent, misrepresentation of a vehicle to taste finance who has purchased a vehicle from them should without a doubt, run your own background. Vehicle searches. I am still waiting to hear back from Johnny and Ricardo.In regards to a reasonable remedy to the fraudulent misrepresentation and financial impact that they have caused me.Selling me this vehicle that they were fully aware was in an accident and a total loss did jj and j and business partner bestway auto wrecking purchase the car you sold me from copart salvage auto auction and repair the car yourselves and sale it to me for my autistic son?
