I purchased this motor a few weeks ago, I need something stronger. My loss, your gain. I ran this motor in fresh water in a trash for the first part of the break in cycle, it hasn't even ran full throttle yet. 3/4 throttle for 5 more hours then its ready to go full. Bought at West marine, I have all the receipts, it is basically brand new has full warranty
