NexCar is small dealership with a large variety of vehicles. We bought a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban RST from them today at an amazing price.  Mayra and Michelle helped us and I can't believe how quick and seamless they made the entire process. They were so incredibly sweet and their customer service was top notch. All of their staff are so nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend this office. The environment and process was super chillaxed. They have a big bell that you ring while the office cheers and they bring out a big red bow to take your picture with your new car. Thank you NexCar.  You gained a forever customer. 😍

Unfortunately, I still have payments left with this company, and what started as a great experience has taken a disappointing turn. The car salesman I worked with was amazing, and I was initially very happy. However, just a couple of months later, I’ve had multiple negative encounters with the payment department. The representative, Cindy, has been extremely rude, and the GM, Scott, was even worse.

Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable or anxious—and sadly, this is now the second time I’ve experienced issues here. It’s frustrating to feel like I have to wait until Monday, just to hopefully speak with someone respectful, all over a $4 issue. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with a true manager who values customer care.
