All I can say is good things about my experience with this dealership. Jay was very nice and honest throughout the entire transaction. All the employees at Your Choice Auto are wonderful. I went to them in 2019 to get my first car and now it was time to get something new.. Went in and had the greatest help from Abraham and Gus! This is now my second car from this place and when it’s time to get something else I’ll be back again. I really appreciated the way they took care of me, and I know some reviews say they got a car with issues but my babe runs amazing. Both the first time and this recent visit, I left the lot with a fully functional car. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Meet Belle 🥰

Lemons, lemons, lemons! Do not do business with them. I got an SUV from Mike and his assistant KC and the engine blew one month later. They did nothing to replace the engine. Instead they lied to the finance company and said it was due to not getting an oil change, but the finance company knew better. I was told by an honest mechanic that the engine had thick sludge in the cylinders and throughout the engine, that was there for at least a year or more from the previous owner causing the timing in the engine to be blown. Mechanic stated the car looked like it never had an oil change. I was told that I couldn't have had that amount of sludge in the month that I had the car. They are not honest people at all, and they will take your money. I am out of money and a vehicle. I had other issues with this vehicle as well that I had fixed on my own. I was told they didn't cover things such as the outlets and the digital dash kept blacking out (electrical issues). So far they have done nothing to fix the situation, and I am letting the finance company and my lawyer handle it from here. Don't waste your hard earned money with them they're crooks.

Had an amazing experience at your choice auto . I came in with my fiancé with a really crazy unique situation . The team here worked diligently for hours on end to try every path and avenue we could . After hours of their hard work they were able to get me in a very nice and safe 2019 ford edge . The communication here was incredible . There is no sheisty behavior , there is no finessing they are straight foward honest and they tell you exactly what’s going and what is needed . For the rest of my time buying cars I will always come see my guys up here at your choice auto . It’s so very hard to find honest people in the car sales buisness and I’m just greatful I was able to come across such honest people . Thank you again so much guys !
