2021 27foot All American Enclosed Cargo Trailer Ready to go for your mobile business. Trailer was used for our painting company. But now we have a shop, so we no longer need this trailer, it’s currently being used as storage. Trailer includes 4 ton mini split (can get down to 60’ even on a hot sunny day), had an electrical panel with 220 Hookup for shore power or generator. Also has a laundry sink, gray water storage tank & fresh water hookup for the sink. Brand new tires installed 6 months ago. Trailer also has a bunch of lights and electric outlets inside. Does need a pressure wash cleaning on the inside as it was used as a paint spray booth. Side door needs to be repaired or replaced but the door does close and lock. Door springs for rear door were replaced 6 months ago. Everything is in functioning order, just needs cleaning. Title in hand. Asking $7500 obo the ac unit alone was $4000.
