Description

I had this installed in my eBay work shop for a little under 1 year. It is in excellent working order. I uninstalled it when i closed my 1,000 sqft shop down. The building had 2 metal bay doors where you could feel great and see light and zero insulation on the roof.... I was skeptical, but this unit would bring the temp down an average of 10*-15* of outside Temps. That is in a wide open warehouse.... this thing will seriously freeze out a regular main living room, kitchen, bedroom, ect... Comes as shown, with remote control, and included everything needed to install. There are many local Hvac guys that will charge it with freon for around $30. I've seen signs on the i95 highway off Ramp. Comes with a stainless steel wall mount for the outside unit above the hurricane flood water if desired. It's an awesome unit. If I want moving to India soon then I wouldn't even sell it, but I cannot store it for a year.
