Purchased on amazon 2 1/2 years ago. Vacuum works perfectly. Mop is throwing error code. You may be able to find a shop to fix/reset it. Or it may be able to be sent in to shark under warranty. Its self emptying self cleaning, but it needs some cleaning and the error code dealt with. Asking $250 OBO, don’t be shy to make a fair offer.
