2013 Jamboree Searcher M31 with 27,000 miles in excellent condition. The chassis and power chain is an E450 Ford Triton V10. The length of the Class C RV from bumper to bumper is 32'. Has 2 slides, 1 in the Livingroom and 1 in the bedroom, has 2 queen beds and 2 small beds for children. Sleeps 6. All tires have been changed out, and they are Goodyear Wrangler off-road 10 ply tires with spare. The awnings on each slide are changed out. The awning has been replaced with motorized. There is plenty of outside storage. Generator and engine have been serviced regularly with records. We added Koni shocks, heavy-duty stabilizers in front and rear. Steer safe on front end, verify brand. Brakes are good. Interior is Cherry stain mahogany wood and vinyl wood flooring. Bed was replaced with Sit N Sleep Queen, still under warranty. The color is blue on Sit N Sleep bed rating. The LP gas for the house is set up also for BBQ, and auxiliary tanks plug in for 5 gallon tanks. Motor home comes furnished with bedding, towels, wash rags, silverware, knifes, pots and pans, 110 ice maker, propane BBQ, electrical cords, adaptors, sewer hook ups hoses, new and used with adaptors. Also equipped with flat screen TV and satellite dish. The majority of lights are changed out to LED. Also has a solar charger for house batteries with inverter. Rig is set up also for factory towing for 5,000 lbs. with cooling. Has manual rear stabilizing jacks. Books out on JD Power for $76,132.00. All manuals and paperwork, no smoking, no. smells and no leaks. A/C is ducted. House and vehicle batteries replaced.
