2009 Honda Civic LX That Runs And Drives With New Parts

My Honda Civic has a 4-cylinder engine [189k] that runs well with a perfectly working automatic transmission. My car has cold ac, runs well, full power, ok tires, aftermarket 17” rims, new motor mounts, and more. My car has a small power steering leak, registration exp 11/12/25, old owner, the radio doesn't work, lost the salvage title, but I have a duplicate title form with a California DMV printout, and he is DMV's number (contact info removed) if you want to do your own homework. I am a tow company and there’s a picture of the license plate for you to do your own homework, which has body blemishes, as interior imperfections, and needs TLC. No crazy low ballers.
