SincMill Home Gym – Multi-Function Strength Training Station This SincMill all-in-one gym includes: • Adjustable weight stack (see photo) for progressive resistance • Lat pulldown bar, chest press, pec deck, and low pulley for a wide range of upper-body exercises • Leg extension/curl station for lower-body work • Compact footprint – fits easily in an apartment or small room Condition: Gently used and well-maintained. All cables, pulleys, and pads are in working order. Rubber material on cable are a bit worn off. Includes: all attachments shown (handles, chain, pulldown bar, etc.). Dimensions (approx.): 6’6” tall × 4’ wide × 5’ deep. You’ll need to transport it yourself, bring a truck or large SUV and maybe a friend to help move. I’ll disassemble it in parts to fit through my apartment door. I can send the assembly video.
