Description

This is a 1980s Giubilato Italian steel road bike, size 58cm. Top end steel tubes, probably Columbus, with beautiful lug work. The bike is in excellent functional condition and ready to ride. The frame has some paint loss and is missing most decals, but there are no dents, rust or other damage. The chrome on the rear stays is in good shape. The frame is straight and tracks true. Front fork is aftermarket cromoly steel. Derailleur and shift levers are 80's campagnolo nuovo record, 8spd friction shifting. Rear cassette is Shimano 12-23. Cranks are later Campy, length 172.5 with 53/42 chainrings. Brake levers are Campy, calipers are Sachs New Success. Seatpost is Campy alloy, saddle is Specialized. Cinelli bars with clean tape and Salsa 11cm steel stem. Wheels are 32 spoke Mavic SUP rims with Shimano 600 hubs. Wheels are true and spin smooth. I'll include the Speedplay pedals but can swap them for older Looks if requested. Asking $250 firm, no lowball offers or trades. Cash only, local pickup only.
