Selling my mother's Corolla with title-in-hand. She has had it for the last 11 years and was purchased from the original owner, also another elderly woman. Smog passed and ready to drive. Perfect as a commuter or for anyone in the trades/construction with ample room inside. Also a reliable little first car if the kid doesnt mind the vintage look. Selling because I am giving her my 2013 Corolla. PROS AND RECENT WORK 2 Owners and low mileage for a legend of reliability at 139k miles. Engine and transmission going strong. Body is in good condition as far as dents etc go. Majority of interior in good/clean condition. Never any smog issues. Oil leak fixed via replacing valve cover gasket at 133k miles. Front brakes and rotors replaced at 129k miles. Alternator replaced at 129k miles. Both front Axles replaced at 122k miles. Front passenger door handle replaced 01/26. Last transmission fluid service done at 122k miles. Regular oil changes done either from mileage reached or time passed. CONS Paint is not in the best shape even if the body is as seen in pictures. Speedometer bounces at lower speeds and levels out after 35mph+. Top of Dashboard plastic is splitting. Passenger rear door will not open from inside or out. Unclear if it is due to an old child lock or not. Her mechanic recommended changing the front struts at her last oil change @137k miles. $3,200 OBO
