1974 Chevrolet Corvette

Up for sale is a 1974 corvette 454 with a th400 posi traction power brakes power steering power windows ac car.the casting numbers for the engine are 361959 454 73-75 Chevelle The car was originally a 350 but the previous owner installed the current setup. It has a clean and clear Florida title.the following has been done to the car while in my ownership. 4 New brake calipers, new brake hoses, new rear metal brake lines, new gas tank with sending unit, nee steering coupler(rag joint) The engine has been serviced with new oil&filter, new spark plugs,new ignition module,new spark plug wires.transmission has been serviced with new fluid gasket and filter, rearend is posi traction and has had the fluid changed, cooling system has been flushed i have a 2 stage dual 16” fans 3100cfm each that is triggered in sequence fan1(180f on 165f off) fan 2(200f on 185f off) this system has now been installed, new aluminum overflow tank reservoir.The headlight operates with the light switch and manual override new vacuum relays and vacuum pods have been replaced. Alternator charges 13.6. Power steering pump is original and works. The carburetor is a Holley 4160 but I would rebuild it the float sometimes gets stuck. Installed new power window motors, new power window switch new front bumper new rear bumper new tail lights new hood tension spring new hood release cable new high torque mini starter the exhaust is wrapped with thermo tech wraps there’s a very small exhaust leak at the gasket.mufflers are older but sound good and is correct tires are new but are dry rot from sitting around. The car has been driven around the block it runs drives shifts and brakes haven’t gone further due to tires and insurance. The interior is original besides the carpet from the previous owner seats slide back and forth gauges aren’t always accurate they work some times.the paint job is good from 7 ft away but it has little bubbles throughout and other imperfections I’ve taken many pics the hood is split behind the hood grill see pic. Doors align great the frame is super solid no rust or damage that I can see the frame around the windshield and t tops is solid all glass is original and the front windshield is starting to spit/crack.its a great vette that’s still project but a restore while you drive.originally an ac car but is missing components. I’ve taken into account what the car still needs to be finished but there aren’t many big blocks of this year running driving and really straight body up for sale.
