SUPER RARE Vintage Shure D400 Microphone REVAMP MOD WITH Stand WORKING..PLZ READ

Hello and thanks for looking! We have made mics for major film studios along with many top tier music producers and artists...now it's your turn to own one! This mic is super rare...in all my years building mics I've never seen or heard of one and can't find another. Before and after pics available if you'd like. If you're looking for a vintage mic with a clasic and elegant look...you've found it!. MADE IN THE USA....30s or 40s era Chicago. This is now a fully functional dynamic microphone that features a handsome desk stand. This mic is NOT in perfect shape due to the age of some parts used to assemble it...it has patina/character to it so do NOT expect perfection! EXPECT scratches and marring that may not be photographed! We could have painted it all, but the story this mic tells if far too cool to cover up! Sound-wise, the mic is clear and fully useable, but not linear...it's very vibey. It now has a wired cable terminated with a modern 3 pin male XLR plug fit for today's use reliably. It WAS a crystal mic but was long dead...so we fixed that issue and it's ready to go!
