2004 Ford Coachmen RV Class A Motorhome - 31’ long - 8’ wide - 30amp (but i’ll throw in our 50amp converter) - ~46k miles on it last time i checked - essentially can fit in two normal parking spaces pulled through / think coach bus - sleeps up to six (short queen bed, dinette becomes bed, couch folds out) - great visibility in front because of HUGE windows and flat front - gas powered engine & generator - propane tank to support fridge, stove, hot water - has AC, water heater - kitchen has fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, sink - toilet & sink separate from shower (doors across from each other in front of bed if you’re looking — if you’ve ever driven an RV, this is a HUGE plus) - lots of storage - all external compartments work, though some of the locks are a bit wonky - exterior has some scuffs, etc., but everything works — lights, blinkers, etc. - just got smog check - handmade wood dinette table & wood stovetop cover - reclaimed wood all throughout coach - reclaimed wood window frames - has wiring for backup camera - has wiring for cable - wineguard satellite internet wifi capability on roof - tv at front & wiring / mount for another tv in the back by the bed - radio works but is old, could use a new one - however, the speaker system is AMAZING - full sewer system with black water / grey water - it has been loved for sure, but a lot of work has been put into it, too. selling as is. - drive it to burning man or live in it. it will treat you well. message me for anymore questions tiny home mobile home motor home sprinter
