Comfortable and stylish couch with minor cosmetic wear — there are small tears on the sides caused by a cat scratching 2 years ago (no cat for the last 2 years), but the cat was fully trained not to sit or lie on the furniture. The seating area is clean and well-maintained, with no pet hair or odors. Still very sturdy and perfect for everyday use or as a second couch for a casual space. Priced accordingly due to the side damage.
