I’ve been looking for a new Bronco Raptor and found one that matched exactly what I was looking for at Mullinax Ford in Olympia.  I contacted the dealership and spoke to Raptor Steve to confirm the car was still available.  Steve quoted the trade-in value of my Toyota and arranged a time for me to see the car the following day.  Mullinax is approximately 90 miles from my home but was worth the trip.  Steve was very knowledgeable about the Bronco Raptors which is how he earned his nickname.  Steve shared the benefits with purchasing through Mullinax Ford which was exactly what I experienced including honoring the Trade-in Quote.  The purchase process went smoothly and I drove the 2025 Bronco Raptor I found through my internet search Home that very same day.  I am very happy with my new car purchase and appreciate Steve’s assistance with setting up my FordPass app and vehicle tutorial.

I did not experience any hard sales pitch, in fact everyone from the dealership manager to finance officer was very pleasant and helpful.  I highly recommend Mullinax Ford from my stress-free experience purchasing from them.

Steve, and Chad were absolutely awesome! They kicked butt giving me what I asked for value wise for my trade and left my wife and I  feeling good about our purchase. Everyone we worked with down there were extremely personable, professional, and ethical. Felt like I was buying a truck from old friends. Prices are great and fair. Shout out to 2 of the salesmen; Alan and Spencer. Alan is a humble and courteous person, made the process comfortable. Spencer is extremely hardworking, was super attentive, and a great guy to work with. Both of those guys worked really hard to get me the only truck I wanted. After a little speed bump it all worked out great and I couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Chad in finance, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and adjusted and tweaked things to perfectly fit what we wanted for financing and warranties. I truly hope Mullinax values these employees because they are what makes this place special. Thanks again guys for making the deal and sending me home in my new truck.

I was looking for a F 150 Platinum truck for over a month and decided to drive from Oregon to Olympia for a truck as this dealer has no dealer fees. The only “hidden” fee is the one after they run your credit which is a warranty add on they sell you so be aware of that. We did opt for the warranty add on as it was included in the financed price and covers everything but maintenance but just know they do try to sell you that. They have lower priced warranties as well that cover less. We got the full coverage. Grant, the manager, was our favorite. They do not negotiate prices here as one of the salesman told us many times, but after many rock chips were found that were not disclosed, the manager did give us $1,000 off to have it fixed. Make sure you talk to Grant as some of the in floor salesman will not budge even for the defects. I would not recommend working with Ryan T, he did not care about the chips not being disclosed and acted like we knew about them when we did not. He just did not care either way if we bought the truck or not. Very monotone. The finance man, ( cannot remember his name) was super nice and funny and real with you. The younger salesman (Max I think) was super nice and helped us with paperwork. Overall we loved the process with them and would buy with them again. We love the upfront costs without tons of dealer fees. We love the truck!
