If you see the ad the item is still available. The printer will not detect the blue or cyan cartridge. I do not want to invest in fixing it so I purchased a new printer. Still have brand new ink cartridges unused. Maybe you are good with this type of issue and this would be a great deal because I still use all of the printing and scanning functions until the blue ink ran out and I went to replace the cartridge
