4L80E Fully Rebuilt Transmission 2WD

For sale is a completely rebuilt 4L80E Transmission. This will work in applications with small block, big block and LS engines. This will also work with aftermarket controllers like Holley Terminator or TCI EZ TCU. Unit has been completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected then assembled with high quality OEM and replacement parts. Parts used in this unit include: Borg Warner clutch plate kit Raybestos or Alto steel plate kit depending on availability Transtec seal and gasket kit Complete bushing kit New thrust washers New thrust bearings New OEM GM pressure control and shift solenoids Borg Warner bands Borg Warner 34 element intermediate sprag new OD roller clutch Rebuilt front pump with Sonnax boost valve and sleeve New direct clutch drum New forward clutch drum Filtran filter Valve body has been rebuilt and includes: Sonnax 1-2 and 2-3 shift valve springs Sonnax AFL valve Sonnax TCC valve and spring Sonnax accumulator valve and spring Both the valve body and pump are vacuum tested to verify the integrity of the unit. Unit has been dual fed internally and will handle 750 HP/TQ with ease. Transmission is for RWDI2WD applications and drilled for snappy but not harsh shifts.
