While we are known for our custom built 11th gen Ford F-150s with the 5.4L, we have gotten some requests to do a Ford Expedition, and we are happy to deliver! We've also put some Kazkorp touches on it, like a 3" lift kit, new style OEM F150 wheels and oversized tires, smoked headlights and fog lights, aftermarket smoked tail lights, custom emblems and MUCH more! The 2003-2004 Expedition was the "holy grail" of these models, being the new body style, while retaining the bulletproof 2v 5.4L. 2005-2006 got the extremely troublesome 3v motors! We started with an excellent condition high mileage clean title southern clean clear title 2004 Ford Expedition 4x4 Eddie Bauer, with EXTREMELY clean body panels and frame. We then purchased a blue 2004 Expedition that had a super light front bumper impact with 55,000 miles, and did a full swap of all the mechanicals and driveline to our clean build. We also went through the entire motor, and did a full service on the transmission, transfer case, and front and rear axles - with 55k miles. We replaced all the normal wear items with brand new replacements. All the brakes, suspension, and other components were swapped out with new, to give the Expedition a like new driving ability. The next step was the exterior. We love the look of the 2003-2006 Eddie Bauer black with gold Expeditions... there's just something plain old beautiful with that gold grille and trim. So we added some new smoked housing OEM style headlights and fog lights, changed all the emblems to black with chrome script, added some aftermarket smoked tail light housings, and set it off with a 3" lift kit and new style OEM F150 wheels and new oversized 275/65R18 Goodyear Wrangler tires with black extended locking lug nuts. We freshened up the engine cover, added a K&N cold air intake, and claybar-ed and waxed the exterior. But what build would be simply stunning without a matching interior? The OEM two tone seats are in greaet condition for its age. We replaced the driver seat bottom, and left all the Eddie Bauer Interior options intact. In case you're wondering what those include, it's a trim package that has chrome interior accents, dual power heated and cooled two tone leather seats, 3rd row seating for up to 7 passengers with power rear fold 3rd row, an OEM Navigation system with premium audio, power adjust front pedals, moonroof (fixed,) steering wheel radio and cruise controls, a onboard trip computer with push button Auto and locking 4 wheel drive, flip down 2nd and 3rd row OEM DVD player with AUX inputs, heated dual zone climate control for the front passengers, a separate heater a/c control for 2nd and 3rd row, separate audio controls for rear seat passengers, and a ton more options. While we built a BEAUTIFUL, mechanically flawless Ford Expedition 5.4L 4×4 that needs nothing, I do want to take the time to remind any potential buyers that this is a BUDGET build we do, and have done on MANY 11th gen F150s that are a near identical platform. With that being said, this vehicle is NOT flawless. We did NOT repaint the exterior, so it will have some nicks and scratches, a door ding or dent here and there, and some flaws in the paint. This vehicle is as nice as you can ever ask for a daily driver, but it is NOT a SEMA build show quality truck, and the price reflects this. We have done many custom builds, and have a 100% review rating, and every customer has been nothing but happy. In this price range, I promise you will never be able to find a custom built, 55k mile, near completely rebuilt mechanical driveline ever again. This vehicle runs and drives like new, no corners were cut in this build, and we are proud of all our vehicles and it shows. The body and frame are as clean as a new vehicle and you've got a decade of driving on this one to say the least!
