Mint Gretsch 5420T, Made In Korea, Rare Custom Color

This is a mint 2017 Gretsch 5420T in a custom Red Sparkle finish. The red sparkle was only offered for one year in 2017. It’s usually reserved for the Brian Setzer 6120 Hot Rod models. The guitar is in flawless mint condition with no dings, no dents and no scratches. The electronics and pickups are perfect. This model comes with the newer version of the Blacktop Filtertrons that use Alnico magnets, not ceramic like in the older models. They sound bright and jangly. This guitar looks brand new. This is a Korean made model. They are infinitely better than the Chinese made versions of this guitar. The quality is amazing. These go for $899 new. This is an absolute steal for $500. It does not include a case. I’m located in Irvine near the Spectrum. I would consider trade offers for a Martin acoustic, a Fender electric or for a Focusrite Clarett recording interface.
